Start with what you can, even if it’s not perfect and you’ll find ways to improve, in time.
I started tracking everything I eat, then I realized I don’t have an easy way to see when I mess up, so I started adding 😒 next to sweets. Much easier to scroll through and notice.
Then I realized that sometimes it’s okay to eat something sweet, so I needed an extra differentiating factor, so I started adding ❌.
Finally, I started using ❌ separately as well.
😒 = something sweet
❌ = I shouldn’t have eaten it (ate too much, or it was compulsory)
😒❌ = something sweet and I shouldn’t had eaten it
Systems evolve naturally, in relation to your needs. Just start with something and you’ll see in time what changes you need.
