This has helped me a lot, to track my food daily. Since I’ve noticed I’m kind of slipping up more often lately, I want to check my week’s food logs every Sunday, when I do my weekly reflection — it’ll give me a real view of how I did that week. I totally agree with your next step 👍🏻
